Chip spent his last 12 years as owner/operator of an FAA Part 135 Air Carrier, overseeing all aspects of the business from compliance and financial support to customer service and charter operations. He is rated in 10 aircraft, has flown around the world as a C-130 Aircraft Commander with the USAF, and has held positions as Chief Pilot and Director of Inflight for FAA Part 121, 135, and 125 operations, as well as Mission Commander for numerous Air Force missions.
Chip earned his undergraduate degree in Aviation Management from Florida Institute of Technology and his Executive MBA from Wichita State University’s Barton School of Business. While in the Air Force, Captain Kaczynski held positions as Executive Officer and Squadron Deployment Manager. Chip joined the Priority Jet team to assist in building the jet fleet, building customer relationships, and increasing market share.

Richard began his aviation career at Robins Air Force Base in 1985 after completing Aircraft Maintenance Technology school. He moved into supervisory and management positions at Zantop Airlines in the mid 1990’s and later supervised the maintenance of 165 airliners at Expressjet Airlines based at Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport. Before coming to Priority Jet, he had lead and supervisory roles at Textron Cessna/Beechcraft.
Richard’s dedication to the highest standards of safety, his meticulous oversite of all the procedures performed on the planes and his talent to anticipate issues assures that the Priority Jet fleet operates safely, effectively and timely.
